Having lots of different places to be was a big plus. The poolside areas were all lovely. It was busy but never felt overcrowded. Rooms very quiet. Location is excellent for the beach and for local bars and cafes, and just a short drive from the airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of variety. The staff were overall really friendly and helpful, and the general vibe of the hotel is easy-going. The decor is modern and feels high-end, yet the prices of the food and drink are very reasonable. Highly recommend

The service and staff were amazing and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately, the room was much smaller than expected, especially the bathroom, which was very cramped. I also experienced a power outage, and the Wi-Fi could have been better.

Good facilities, employees are extremely gentle and helpful. Room (apartment) was nice, I would just improve the bathroom a bit since doesn’t match what you would expect from 5* Also in the gym I would add some dumbbells of small weights (1-2-3 kilos) since I think minimum was 4 kilos. Cleaning services could be more efficient but I guess was depending on low season = low employment in the hotel. The beach (Palma) is just 5 min away by feet and there is a really comfortable private parking (15€ per night) We really enjoyed the kitchen and cooking breakfast and lunch (since we are vegan) was really convenient and satisfying. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend and come back.

Had a great stay! The hotel is fresh, clean, and the breakfast is amazing. The room was modern, clean and very nice. We did buy an upgrade to see the ocean. The area around is very touristy and heavily german young party people. We stayed and preferred the hotel amenities and the rooftop pool and bar almost every day, unfortunately they had to close one of the pools when we had three days lefy which was a shame as this was our favorite hang area. Also the staff was very mixed in hospitality. Several was amazing and gave great service, and some was not very friendly. All in all we loved our stay and can highly recommend the hotel!

The hotel was beautiful - the room was well proportioned with good amenities. Our room overlooked the pool and was peaceful. There are so many pools to chose from, all very clean and well maintained. The staff are so accommodating and the food choices are great. Would happily stay here again!

We had a very enjoyable stay overall and left with a positive impression of the hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the town center. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, the coffee from the pool bar was excellent, and we really enjoyed the Bali daybeds and the many sun loungers around the pool areas. The facilities were generally clean, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. We felt the staff should be more consistent in enforcing the hotel’s own rules, especially regarding smoking on balconies and in the pool area, reserving sun loungers and Bali daybeds for long periods, and guests bringing outside food and drinks into the pool area. The egg station at breakfast was also a bit inconsistent. On several mornings, the fried eggs had clearly been sitting out too long and had become rubbery, while the omelets were undercooked and still raw in the middle. Finally, during our 7-night stay, the pool was only cleaned once. After just a couple of days, there was already noticeable sand and debris in the water. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend the hotel. With a little more attention to these details, the experience could be even better.

Buses are right outside hotel. Dining was phenomenal. Far enough from big city to avoid big traffic, but close enough that bus rides are short

We honestly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and not that far from much of anything at all. Upon arrival, you’re greeted with water or champagne. Although we requested to be on the highest floor, we were in the building opposite of the main hotel and it was pretty quiet. No noise from neighbors except I could occasionally hear someone turning on their faucet or shower. Staff was very pleasant. They even went out of their way to make my husband’s birthday extra special after they confirmed our dinner reservation. The SkyBar was extremely underwhelming and staff up there didn’t seem to care about what they were doing. They even closed early one night we went up to grab a drink. The pools are not deep at all up there so you’re standing the whole time you’re in the pool. The pools downstairs are better but you have to get there early to secure a lounge chair. I will say, although the hotel itself is quiet, the area seems to be very popular for German tourists that are looking to party and for that reason I wouldn’t stay again because of noise, chaotic energy. but if it wasn’t for that I would return back to the hotel.
