We walked from the hotel to PortSoller which was quite long and hot but lovely and to be recommended. Caught the little tram back to the midway stop by the hotel. There were lots of other walks to do. The restaurant at the hotel was good but the staff there not as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff. Soller town is very interesting and the Vidal (in the main square) is the place to eat however get a table in the garden at the back.

Perfect edge of old town position allowed us to access all fabulous Palma attractions easily and giving a wonderful walk along the walled ramparts and along the Cathedral and its grounds. All the staff were excellent and very helpful in every respect possible. The sky breakfast terrace is a super treat.

This hotel is located on a small street in Calonge. Even though there is a lot of traffic going by, you do not hear or see anything from them. It has been renovated and is quaint, cozy, clean, the staff is very cordial and helpful, and provides adults with everything they need to enjoy a stay in Mallorca. The hotel does provide a parking lot for your rented cars, but there is also possibilities to park near the hotel.

I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back.

Amazing place, staff were so nice. A gem!

Exceptional small Hotel , historical building in the old town. From checking in to leaving the staff were professional yet friendly . We were given recommendations re Restaurents and places to visit . We aim to book this hotel again as we had a fantastic stay at Can Cera Hotel .

I have been fortunate to stay in many wonderful hotels over the years. Never have I submitted a hotel review - until now. I think that says it all. A total lack of pretentiousness. Wonderfully warm, genuine and incredibly efficient staff. Impeccable service. Truly beautiful location.

Exquisite hotel, lovely pool , great service

This is a small comfortable hotel centrally located in Sóller We were on a hiking trip so it was just what we needed. The outstanding feature was the helpfulness of the staff

What a gem! Beautifully refurbished hotel. Ultra modern and quirky design. Staff go above and beyond. Great welcome on arrival with champagne and chocolates on a private balcony. We were upgraded to a balcony double room overlooking the bay. Spacious and luxurious the circular bath was a nice surprise. We would definitely revisit. This is a great wee hotel tucked away in a lovely village. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are spacious clean and very comfortable. At the end of your stay you really feel you have had great value for your money. I have stayed in top 5 star hotels which have not come close to this experience. Well done and I will definitely be recommending this little jewel to others.

Pool

Lovely peaceful hotel friendly helpful staff, excellent layout and wonderful views from whatever room you have all seem to overlook the sea/beach/pool, drinks and food are a little pricey. 4.50 Euros for a half litre bottle is frankly absurd, hence why I’d buy bottles from the spa Over the road for less than a Euro a litre. 7 euro for a beer and much more for spirits I think 14 for a gin and tonic, If the drinks prices where a little more reasonable I’m sure more guests would enjoy lovely bars...

I was on crutches following accident and staff could not have been more helpful

We were a party of six adults with different tastes and priorities but we all found everything we wanted at Mon Port. The food and drink were excellent, especially at breakfast and dinner. The pool and fitness facilities were superb: despite the large number of guests here in August, nothing seemed overcrowded. Thanks to fantastically efficient air-conditioning, the rooms were always comfortable. We had read that there would be extra charges for using WiFi and the safe in the rooms, but...

Close to the beach.

This hotel is very well situated above the marina with a great view across the bay from the terrace bar to Palma Cathedral. I travelled with my elderly mother and although the hotel has a lot of steps she was able to manage well. Staff are universally friendly and helpful. This is a true gem of a hotel in the beautiful, charming old town of Alcudia. Although the hotel is situated a stone's throw from the centre of the old town with all its restaurants, the location is quiet and peaceful. The breakfasts are truly great, offering a wide selection of local produce, cheeses, hams, pastries and fresh fruit.
