"There was a nice buffet for breakfast. I also appreciated the gym. It was not big, but had a few basic pieces of equipment. The pools were nice, but rooftop pool closes earlier, at 18:00. "The hotel is modern and very stylish and has a great outdoor plus indoor pool and relaxation areas. Staff are very helpful and friendly . No food served from pool bar but spacious and modern restaurant with outdoor and indoor areas easily accessible. "The property and location are beautiful. Property is well appointed and very clean. It is too far away to walk to center of Parma. You will need a taxi. A 10 euro ride each way. "We stayed in a superior room and tbh it was absolutely great! The bed and pillows were heaven, the staff were all super friendly and helpful and the whole hotel was beautiful.
