We had an excellent stay at this very nice hotel. Great location, easy walking to everything in central Palma. Only minor complaint is that a few of the usual conveniences, like a shoe horn and a toilet brush where missing in the room.

Great hotel with modern rooms and an excellent central location with easy to walk to nearby shopping and public transportation. The room had USB power sockets and also wireless phone chargers by the bed, which was convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a mixed experience during our stay. The hotel itself was pleasant, and the receptionist was kind. However, the cleanliness and housekeeping services could be improved. During our stay, items such as the drinking water bottle were not replenished, and used glasses were not consistently collected. The biggest issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. Before our arrival, we specifically contacted an Expedia representative to confirm that the hotel had functioning air conditioning, and we were assured that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not have air conditioning available. Additionally, the room was quite small and faced a street with frequent pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Because the room was too warm to sleep comfortably without air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to rest due to the noise. We were often awakened early in the morning because of this. Although we appreciated the pleasant service from the front desk upon arrival, we were disappointed that when we later requested a room change or asked to speak with a manager regarding the lack of air conditioning, we were told that nothing further could be done beyond reporting the issue to management. Unfortunately, we stayed for three nights without receiving any resolution or follow-up.
