"The property and location are beautiful. Property is well appointed and very clean. It is too far away to walk to center of Parma. You will need a taxi. A 10 euro ride each way. "Fabulous, quiet hotel. Clean, lovely staff and great food. Close to the airport, beach and restaurants. "I have stayed in this hotel 3 times in 5 years, it is of a really nice standard and good value for money. It is never crowded and noisy. There is also the added bonus of the spa facilities.
