"Honestly! We love everything about this hotel. Very luxurious. Very clean. Amazing rooms with amazing view to the ocean. When we arrive we were greeted by Mandy. She is such a beautiful person. "The staffs at front desk were nice and helpful, we had stored our baggage before check in time and go site seeing. When we back to the hotel, our baggage had already been moved to our villa! Our villa was a bit unexpected ( not that architectural), but also was a nice place. "Loved the layout of this hotel. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable and lovely spacious room. The pools were glorious. "Fantastic hotel in the heart of Palma. There were a couple of very, very minor things they could improve on - like topping up the fruit and toiletries in the room. "The property and location are beautiful. Property is well appointed and very clean. It is too far away to walk to center of Parma. You will need a taxi. A 10 euro ride each way.
