Saimme jättää matkatavarat huoneeseen heti kun saavuimme kaupunkiin vaikka saavuimme useita tunteja ennen check inn aikaa. Huoneiston lähellä on useita hyviä ravintoloita, kauppa ja pyörävuokraamo. Estuvimos llamando todo el día y no pudimos hablar con nadie. Sólo echamos en falta un microondas pero, a parte de esto, no les falta detalle. Al lado del centro y de muchos lugares turísticos, restaurantes, bares de copas y tiendas. Mucha amabilidad y flexibilidad por quienes los gestionan. Hotellets läge superbra. Nära till allt. Bra bussförbindelser till alla stränder som ligger i och nära Palma. Betyget som drar ner detta s.k. designhotell var att det fanns ingen service. Vi bodde där under 8 nätter, 2 vuxna. De städade inte 1 gång eller tömde sopor det fanns ingen stans där man kunde hänga sina handdukar i badrummet. Staff stood us up for check-out as well. Room did not have washing machine as advertised or toiletries or toilet paper.
