Breakfast good Evening meal poor and did t get a drink included with meal ( inc had to pay for water) air con didn't work in room but eventually got it sorted. No sound proofing of room so noisy all night long with groups coming home 1am 2am 3am etc banging doors and shouting, asked to be moved but hotel full. (739 reviews) The outdoor pool was freezing cold and the front desk female staff members were very unfriendly. Upon checking in they seemed offended when I pointed out our VIP status with Expedia and acted like they didn’t know what it meant. Their “laundry facilities” consisted of 1 small washer and 1 dryer which were dirty and inconvenient. The bar and breakfast staff were very kind and the location was good, close to the beach and bus. Overall we were disappointed with this property and would not stay here again or recommend.
