Excellent stay at NH Collection Ibiza I had a wonderful stay at the NH Collection in Ibiza — the hospitality here was truly amazing from start to finish. Bianca at the front desk was extremely helpful and made check-in (and every interaction after) genuinely pleasant, the kind of service that sets a hotel apart. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh options that made starting the day easy. The pool was a real highlight too — a great spot to relax between exploring the island. The room itself was very comfortable and nicely appointed, making for a relaxing stay overall. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for great service, good food, and a comfortable place to stay in Ibiza.

The hotel looks completely different from the photos. It’s not ocean front. There is no ocean drive car to drive you around, like the pics on Expedia would have you believe. The pics are all from the rooftop, which is the only redeeming quality of this hotel. Unfortunately it was closed the first 2 nights of our stay bc of overcast. Partial ocean view descriptions are a stretch - you’ll be staring at a cement wall and if you walk all the way out on the balcony and crank your head all the way to the right, you’ll see the ocean. There was no AC for the first night we were there and it was very hot. Our only compensation from the hotel was a drink ticket. Would not recommend, esp given the price. We stayed on the other side of the island last time we came at the same price and it was 1000 times better.
