Good stay

The staff can’t do enough for you, they accommodated my wife’s dairy intolerance allowing her to enjoy the dining experiences. The gym is of a really high standard - especially for a hotel gym. The amenities in the room are amazing, from flip flops to a beach bag. The room was always clean to a high standard. I wish the parasols around the pool area (we sat in the reserve area) were of a better standard as we had to keep annoying the lovely man by the pool to keep putting it up for us. The all inclusive package is outstanding. So many lovely places to sit and chill (and hide from the windy weather), we always felt we had enough space to relax and enjoy a drink. A huge shout out to Rahul. We look forward to coming back.

Room and hotel was clean, the all inclusive was basic, food lacked any quality. I'd rather pay more money and have better quality food. The pool bar you had to buy a plastic glass, and if you wanted a fresh pool towel had to pay two euro. However, for the money I would consider staying with the kids again. Just feel the property could do so much better with some investment in the upkeep of the hotel.

Wow!!! Absolutely amazing !! I’m so glad I’ve chosen this resort as an all inclusive family vacation. The location is wonderful, straight access to a gorgeous beach ( real sand not volcanic) with cute shops and restaurants on both directions left and right of the beach. The food is soooo good. Loved the restaurants and the variety. No need to reserve at restaurants except for one ( ember grill which was SOOO GOOD) love the pools and if you have kids there is one with slides that is also accessible for adults. For someone who is used to mexicos all inclusive, breakfast buffet didn’t have a huge variety like Mexico but the lunch and dinner beats the one in Mexico honestly! The hotel also organizes excursions and they’re great. What I loved about the resort is the cafe, you go in enjoy coffee, icecream, and desserts anytime from 11-6. I recommend choosing the all inclusive option so you can enjoy unlimited à la carte specially during lunch and dinner. The night vibes are very nice- all guests dress very chic for dinner, followed by entertainment that is also kids friendly. I recommend you walk by the marina at night to explore the cute shops and restos around. Service was amaaazing, wish if I can name each person to thank!! Good stay

The property was beautiful. It was easy to maneuver if you need some assistance. They did a great job making it feel that it was in a place on its own, even thought it was walking distance to everything. The breakfast was amazing, with the buffet being well spread out and/ or you can order off the à la cart menu… or both. The resturant(s) at the hotel had a great selection and we enjoyed the meals that we had. I would recommend the reservation at the time of check in for the tasting menu. We had not and missed the experience. Note: the water you need to pay for, a suggestion is to go down to the supermarket and pick up some bottles, much less expensive. You can also pick up some drinks and put them in the fridge that is available in your room, One of the downfalls is the pool. It was only about 3 to 4 feet deep and you cannot swim a length as it was small and during our stay it was extremely hot and would enjoyed to be in the pool a little longer, however the pool was quite busy and hard to maneuver around the people. Overall great stay.
