Flight-inclusive Lanzarote holiday packages and Lanzarote Flight-Plus arrangements created by you on Expedia.co.uk are financially protected by the ATOL scheme.
Most Lanzarote hotels also offer free cancellation. Consider booking refundable hotels rather than non-refundable ones. Just look for the ‘free cancellation’ message during your hotel search. Prices can vary, but right now we believe that flexibility matters.

Hire a car and travel around the island's 325 square miles and don't forget to explore the Famara-Guatifay and Los Ajaches mountain ranges, El Jable desert and the Chinijo archipelago.
Book your flight + hotel to Lanzarote and enjoy everything this island has to offer: stop off at Los Hervideros, the Janubio salt marshes, and the Charco Verde lagoon. Discover Arrecife, the island's capital, which is home to the castle of San Gabriel, today the home of Lanzarote's archaeological museum , and the castle of San José, now the modern art museum MIAC San José as well as the church of San Ginés. If you're searching for sand or like surfing, the beaches of Lanzarote are the perfect destination: Playa Honda, Playa Grande and Playas de Papagayo beaches, located in a protected natural space.
The jewel in the crown is the Timanfaya National Park: ascend to the edge of the volcano on camelback and take a guided tour of the area. Finish off the trip at a restaurant where you'll see how meat is cooked on grills in an opening in the ground. Take the opportunity to discover the works of César Manrique, in perfect balance with nature, or the volcanic-rock vineyards of La Geria, where local wine is produced.
Other focal points of the island are the Cueva de los Verdes and the Jameos del Agua, to the north. 3.7 miles of jameos (caverns formed from lava tubes with a partially collapsed roof) on the island make up one of the largest lava tube systems in the world.
Lanzarote holidays always leave a mark as the "island of the volcanoes" will make you believe in the magic of a land that exudes life while giving you the once-in-a-lifetime experience to re-live its history.
