The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Although the room was a little dated it was spotless and very old style traditional feel to it. My only disappointment was no air conditioning which is a must for me, however there was a free standing fan which helped and as I only stayed one night. I would definitely recommend these apartments for a chilled relaxing holiday away from the crowds but close enough to everything if wanted. Kitchen was well equipped but you might want a freezer section in the fridge if you were staying longer. Staff were very polite. We had a one bed apartment which was spacious and clean. No air con or fan however which meant it was pretty warm. The resort is very basic so more of a base to explore the island. Receptionist was very pleasant and checking in was very simple. We just had a 1 night stay here before going to a villa for a week. Arrived late (10pm) so no staff there but was given excellent clear instructions of how to enter. Basic but clean in a lovely area close enough to walk to main strip. Very hot on arrival with no air con and no fan and as no staff there on a night couldn’t get one. Pool looked lovely and clean but didn’t get to use it. Very pleasant lady on reception the following morning to check out. I would definitely consider staying here for a full week if visiting Lanzarote again. Pros: very good quality beds and good all-wooden furniture. Excellent sea-view, good allocated parking, lots of towels given (but not the big beach towels). To improve: unusable frying pan which was strongly scratched since no wooden spatula was provided. No tea cups, only small coffee cups. A lot of smoking neighbors created horrible smell on the balcony. Please, host smoking and non-smoking guests in different wings of the hotel!!! Another issue is absence of mosquito nets in the bathroom ventilation!
