The location and decor of this property are absolutely amazing! For people coming for a quick break, this is the perfect spot - minutes from the old town restaurants and shops along with being a short cab ride to the clubs. Staff were wonderful and happily moved us to the 3rd floor when we arrived. Additionally they granted us a late checkout which was ideal since we had an evening flight. One thing I will say is there is a very strong smell through the hotel and especially in the lobby. That is my only criticism. Whether it’s to do with the plumbing or if the room spray is being pumped too much, I’m not sure but I found it offensive when walking in and out of the lobby each day. The smell didn’t persist on our floor or in the room. If you’re in Ibiza and want to be able to explore then definitely hire a car. We did not and found that we were missing the ability to easily see new things.

Perfect but missing 3 things.
Everything was very good. The only thing it missed was a pool, spa and if you have an evening flight they should have a courtesy room so you can change etc but we were told they don’t have that facility.
