"The room was very clean and that's always number one prerequisite. The staff who received us was very patient as we didn't know a lot of things and asked many questions. I didn't understand why we had to pay more for one more person, as the room had two queen side beds and we were able to bring another friend along. That was not right, but it's not the staff's fault. The check out person spoke Argentinian Spanish and we could not understand a word she said, and she seemed to get bothered easily. She didn't know what I was talking about, when I asked about my receipt and we went back and forth explaining what a receipt was. This is all in Spanish, since I'm bilingual. I liked the hotel very much, the room service gentlemen, in the morning, was very nice since we asked for more toilet paper. Overall, I would love to stay there again if the desk clerk can understand my Mexican Spanish, after all, we are in Mexico."
