"The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. "My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family.
