"We had rooms 1139,1141 & 1143. Those were perfect location to pool and dining for our group. The poolside games and activities were great to watch and or participate in. Night time performances did not disappoint! Zander and the pool side crew were awesome and attentive. This was our 4th time there and the 1st time for our friends. Would go back in a heart beat!"

"This property was nice and well kept. The staff were amazing very freindly and they had service with a smile.. The food was great although we only ate at the rodeo grill and the Italian restaurant for the al acart options.. we fount the buffet was great and always had something good to eat. All in all it was a great time . We met alot of great people here it was nice !"

"From checking in to checking out, everything at Valentin Imperial mayas was great. The grounds are kept impeccably clean, the staff is friendly and professional and the all of the restaurants we visited were great. Our concierge, Mauricio, was very helpful thoughout our stay. Guadalupe did a wonderful job in our room. Franscisco, Milcia, Omar and Alan were some of the servers who made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning."

It is definitely worth it to upgrade to the Privilege section as we had our own Butler (Thank you Alan) and their amazing hospitality. They would contact us through WhatsApp, reply to any of our questions and requests in a timely manner. Pool service, and room service and much more. We are glad to stay at this resort. It was our 3rd time at the hotel. It is always a great experience. Food is exquisite as well. Everything is cooked to perfection- steak, salmon, chicken. "
