"Beautiful hotel! The bedroom was big and the section of the room with the pull out bed had its own bathroom and privacy. Train station one block down, lots of food spots to walk to. Overall the room was great!"

"Excellent location, 3 minute walk to Gloucester Road Tube station. This station provides access to 3 lines, including the Piccadilly Line to Heathrow Airport. The area is also one of the most upscale in London—very safe. You can also walk to many sightseeing destinations such as: Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, V&A Museum, Harris’s, etc."

"Excellent hotel with lovely staff. We stayed for 8 nights in a studio and studio deluxe. The latter being the better option and a perfect size. The small kitchenette was great. Coffeee machine in the lobby was an added bonus. The perfect hotel in a perfect location. Just 2-mins walk to Gloucester Road tube, a 5-min walk to Kensington High Street and Gardens. We'll be back and rate this hotel highly. "

So far, the location is one of the key factor for me - walkable to underground (Piccadilly Line, straight from Heathrow too), lots of f&b and supermarkets The rooms are usually spacious and what I like is that there is almost full kitchen facility My past stays, the rooms have always came equipped with a washer dryer which is great. "Great traditional style hotel with an amazing bar. Friendly staff and convenient location. Only downside is it’s getting old and for some reason they put us in our 60’s right at the back on the 5th floor, which meant climbing narrow staircases to get to our room"

"The hotel has been nicely updated, considering it’s an old building. The room was comfortable considering London sizes. Cedric at the front desk was specially friendly and helpful. We went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. It’s less than 10 min walk to the underground station with service to two main lines, which is great to get to the main points of interest in the city. "

"The Hotel is very nice, located in a beautiful neighborhood, full of green and 3 blocks away from Earls court underground station. Full of restaurants, supermarkets and many shops within 5 blocks. Staff is very responsive and always willing to help and make one’s stay comfortable. Room was quite small but ok for the price. Breakfast is good and complete. Would stay again."

"Loved the big room, and the delicious breakfast including fresh fruit salad. All the staff I encountered were great. One front desk staffer remembered which room I was in after only 2 days, and the breakfast buffet staff including Gurpreet, Monika and Roberto gave a great start to our day. Our room was quiet, the bed was comfy, and the tiny dishwasher was a nice touch."

"We stayed in a Presidential Suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Some of the appliances were a bit dated and you have to step into the bath to take a shower but overall the accommodation was great. The hotel is close to Earls Court station which was also a bonus. The staff were all very attentive, the room always well prepared, making for a wonderful stay. "
