Outstanding staff at this hotel; friendly & helpful. From the moment you approach the hotel the staff is there to help you up the steps & get you checked in. The Business Center is convenient & I was able to take care of my computer tasks quickly. Having had back surgery this year, my bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. But would probably be fine for someone without that issue. Enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
Good hotel in an excellent location on quiet Kensington side-street. Comfortable, clean, pleasantly decorated room with good quality fixtures. Our only complaint was that it was somewhat small, but we managed well and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Very comfortable bed, with quality linens, etc. Did not eat breakfast in hotel (GBP15/person), but got in a selection of treats from the local Waitrose to enjoy in our room as we planned our days.
Location and service are fantastic!
Room is a little dated but this had no impact on our stay. We travel every year and have to say that this is a gem.
The location is outside tube and tour bus stops. Plenty of places to eat nearby and grocery store across the road.
I would recommend this hotel ten times over.....you won't be disappointed.
Stayed here for a week and had a great stay. Loved our room fronting Cromwell Rd, it was fun watching the activity. The hotel is in a great location, the staff is professional, breakfast very nice - I would definitely come back.
