Princes Gardens

10/10 Excellent
"This was one of my most favourite hotels in London. The staff were so nice, polite and patient. I arrive very late, 2am and staff wrre available and checked me in quickly. I always travel solo so most of the single rooms I book tend to be very small and cramped. This eingle room however was very spacious and the toliet bathroom had all the toiletries I needed. It's very close to South Kensington station and V&A."

"The room and the property were all very clean and well-maintained. The room was small, but quiet and comfortable, as well as well located. Using an app and code to get in was new to me—this should be made clear in the Expedia description, not only after I had made a paid reservation. However, it worked smoothly. The little cafe area was rather useless and unstaffed every time I was in the lobby. The person working reception was quirky but very friendly and anxious to please. I would suggest putting a microwave downstairs for guests to use and some instructions on how to use the Opal coffee machine."

"Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station with plenty of cafes/restaurants/pubs nearby. We were on second floor, you can hear the underground, but it stops at midnight and didn't disturb us. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. There is a kettle close to the rooms with tea/coffee facilities. Also useful water dispenser and vending machine. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was scaffolding and builders outside at the time of our stay, which were noisy, but luckily they didn't work over the weekend."
