Overall very Good 👍👏👏👏 i would stay here again np
A delightful hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much thank you.
The sofa bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable. A rollaway bed would have been much better.
Location, setting, down to earth & respectful staff, service.
The staff are amazing and friendly , young and helpful .Only been open a couple of months so a couple of minor issues , quickly resolved by lovely staff . Breakfast one of the tastiest I have had in London . The wall art is to be expected and did not disappoint !
Fantastic location, pleasant staff and very good rooms and facilities
There was a bit of a mix up on check in as the room wasn't ready after 3 pm but they compensated with a free drink while I waited. I was located in the Regent Wing which is a fair convoluted walk from the main hotel lobby. It is near the Spa & Pool though, neither of which I personally wanted ...
I did not get to spend a lot of time at the property. Hallway noise was a bit louder than I would've liked... but bearable. No clocks in the rooms. Very close to two tube stations and quite convenient for getting around as well as to/from Heathrow.
Nice location near subway Helpful concierge staff
