"The property was clean and well furnished with utensils and crockery.
Location was great
Access was easy and the agents were quick to respond
There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided.
I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and there has been this provided.
This is my only criticism "

"Cannot fault this hotel, it was perfect for what i wanted, exceeded expectations, the staff was welcoming and very professional,,cleanliness spot on ,food was good and reasonably priced, breakfast perfect everything you could expect and want, would definitely recommend this hotel. "
"Great place and location. Everything is new, loved being able to sit on the roof terrace in the evening.
My only complaint was about the check-in procedure, even though I’d booked and paid online ages ago I needed to produce phone ID in the form of a passport or driving licence. Never heard of this in my own country! , didn’t have either on me but had 2 debit cards in my name on me , that was refused. Thankfully I remembered that I had a railcard on my phone, that was acceptable . We found the whole process of check-in stressful as we didn’t know if we were going to be allowed to stay."
"The hotel is clean with friendly and warm staff. It's conveniently located near public transportation, and quiet due to its distance from major tourist activities. They could offer a more varied breakfast menu."
