10/10 Excellent

"Everything was perfect. Beautiful gorgeous Pool and beach. Huge and clean pool and huge beautiful beach full of Palm trees, countless seating and the family selection with cushioned seats, so many cabanas and hammocks and spectacular ocean view. The seaweed might be present but the beach is still beautiful and certain areas got clear and we were able to go in. Great services by pool, restaurants and all over. What great hard working staff who go above and beyond to comfort and pamper us. Great restaurants with great service and amazing food. Events are amazing. Beautiful rooms in jungle surrounding areas, so tropical with tropical small animals walking near which kids love to see and are amazed. If you want a real tropical paradise get away for a family ultimate experience, grand Palladium Kantenah family selection has me won. WE SHALL RETURN TO THIS PARADISE!"

"Review El hotel muy lindo, muchas actividades a diario y la comida muy rica. Sin embargo, el hotel está demasiado atrás en la tecnología. El check in muy lento y hay que firmar demasiados papeles (siendo un hotel ecológico). Necesitan más procedimientos electrónicos y resumir la información. Para hacer reservaciones en los restaurantes teníamos que pasar 1 hora haciendo una fila en la recepción. Nadie quiere perder 1 hora en vacaciones haciendo fila para poder comer. Una vez haces la reserva te dan un ticket que hay que entregar en cada restaurante… más papel, super arcaico. Estamos en el 2026, necesitan más métodos tecnológicos. Continuando con el tema de las reservaciones. Llegamos un domingo, lunes fuimos por reservaciones para toda la estadía y ya no había nada para lunes o martes. O sea, de 5 noches solo pudimos disfrutar dos noches de los restaurantes. Nos decían que no había disponibilidad sin embargo, cuando pasábamos por los restaurantes estaban vacíos. En todo momento nos decían lo dificil que era acomodas a 15 personas… entonces no son un hotel apto para familias?? En adición a todo esto, a la hora del checkout estuve esperando un maletero por 20 minutos y que nunca llegó. Al llamar a front desk la excusa fue “que solo hay un maletero”, cosas que no es culpa de nosotros los huéspedes. Deben actuar con mas sentido de urgencia. En fin, el hotel y las facilidades muy buenas. Sin embargo, el servicio necesita muchisimo trabajo administrativo."

"Everything was perfect!! We got to the resort, they had chocolate covered strawberries in our room, TWO full size bottles of alcohol that we had chose prior to checking in, a stocked mini fridge & the room was spotless. They cleaned our room TWO times a day & if I had anything laying around, they organized it. The room looked as if we were checking in all over again. A golf cart would pick us up from our room & take us to wherever we needed to go. The infinity pool was so relaxing as well, overlooking the ocean. We had our own personal butler who answered any questions that we had. All of the staff had the best attitude & happy to help! I saw staff scrubbing steps, scrubbing around the pool, someone was ALWAYS doing something. Cons: we couldn’t walk the beach because of the seaweed but even when the seaweed is gone, I didn’t really see a way to actually walk it as it was mostly rock. You needed to make reservations for dinner in advance or else you couldn’t eat at specific restaurants. When you first get to the resort, they really try to sell a package that includes the golf cart pick up, the chic show, turn down service, cabanas at the pool & a free massage. It was like $350 extra. I think if you’re wanting to see the chic show & get a massage, it’s worth it but everything else is included. & as far as the cabanas, if you don’t get the package, you still have access to chairs/umbrellas. Overall, I would stay at this resort again. I genuinely felt relaxed my whole stay!"

"We enjoyed the hotel, beautiful grounds, pool, and rooms. The food was excellent, the bar was good, but not the best mixed drinks. The only thing that I know was only caused by nature, was the seaweed on the beach which kept us from going there. Just the wrong time of the year. Taxis are very expensive"
