The maintenance in the rooms need some work. My safe didn’t work, the paint or liner in the tub was peeling, the drain cap was mis-lodged , my sisters room had a broken toilet paper holder. I enjoyed the stay but I think the rooms need some work. The staff was nice.

We purchased transportation from the hotel excursion department to xplore park after having a bad experience with the tickets we purchased from a third party and not being able to use the tickets for the theme park we ended up having a bad experience with the transportation from Royalton hideaway excursion department we paid $160 for round trip and we where left never being picked up having to pay an additional $80 for transportation back to the hotel aside from that the stay was beautiful
