The architecture of this resort is really gorgeous, however I expected much better services and customer service from a luxury resort. Pilates and fitness classes are advertised, but there was only a very beginner level yoga class available in the morning. Service to the pool was inconsistent - sometimes we would get service, sometimes we would need to go ourselves to the bar to order, and our requests were sometimes forgotten. I was also surprised to see the amount of extra charges - there was a whole separate menu of food at exorbitant fees, which makes you question the quality of the food that was included as part of the all-inclusive charge. There were cancellation fees of 25USD for the yoga classes - my own fancy gym in Montreal wouldn’t charge me that. Room service required a fee, and it was not otherwise possible to bring food to the room. These are things I expect at a regular hotel, but not one that advertises itself as a luxury hotel. It really undermines the luxury of it all. Aside from that, it is a stunning resort. Very calm and clean.

Pool was great. Staff was super friendly. Food was amazing. Drinks were very good. Would definitely book another vacation here.

Junior suite with pool was very comfortable. Lots of restaurants to choose from. TRS adults only was absolutely the spot to be for the Grand Paladium resorts.

Honestly 10/10, the room, the service, the food, and the spa were all amazing! Huge shout out to Kevin who checked us in, Karen, our dinner receptionist, and Hugo our waiter. They all went an extra mile to make sure our experience was as great as it was! I’ll be back! Also, I do think the Xhale purchase is worth the perks.
