(1,630 reviews) We only had one issue while staying at the hotel. Our stuff was picked up by security after putting it on chairs at the pool and walking to the beach for a few minutes. We did notice that other chairs that had items on them when we set our items down and walked to the beach were still sitting on the empty chairs and had not been picked up by security. We had to go to the lobby to retrieve our bag. It took about 20-25 mins to get our items back and staff could not explain why only some guests items were taken while others sat there unattended. One staff member stated it was a new policy, but could not explain exactly what the policy entailed. Other than this our stay was great. Staff work hard to help guest enjoy their stay and we appreciated all their hospitality.
