The resort was exactly as described! The food was exquisite at every location. I went on this trip solo and had a fantastic time. Just a tip, make sure to make your reservations for dinner with your concierge the day you arrive to make the process easier. I did have an issue with checking out, but it did not impede on me getting to the airport.

The resort was great except for they charge children 13 through 17 as adults. We had to pay an additional $2,050 for our 13- and 14-year-olds. I asked if they could go to the adult pools and restaurants since they were being charged as adults and they said no, they needed to 16 years old and older. So, we paid extra for them and they not going to drink alcohol and or enjoy the adult amenities. Of course, we are not letting our children drink alcohol but why charge them as adults when legally they are not adults. Also, we booked a two-bedroom suite, and it was actually a junior suite. I told them that a two-bedroom suite was two bedrooms and a communal living area, and they said that it was two rooms with a pullout bed. So, if two adult couples book a two-bedroom suite, one couple is going to get a king-sized bed and the other couple is going to sleep on a pullout bed. I think they need to let people know what they are getting and not spring it on you when you arrive.

Everything was great except no access to beach due to Seaweed Sargassum in summers, however good thing was Puerto Morales beach was great and is just a 10-15 mins drive.
Food was good with something for everyone, the staff is friendly. Overall good value for money. They have enough activities from the resort.

We had a wonderful stay at Breathless Cancun! Overall, it's a beautiful resort. It's on the smaller side compared to some all-inclusive resorts, but we actually loved that because everything was easy to get to. The way the natural surroundings blended with the modern décor created a really relaxing atmosphere.
We stayed in a swim-out room and absolutely loved it! The staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming, the beach was beautiful, and the pools were great. We especially enjoyed the lunch buffet, and the Italian and steakhouse restaurant was one of our favorite dinner spots.
We also treated ourselves to the spa, and it was the best money we spent! The individual bungalows were absolutely stunning, and the entire experience was relaxing, peaceful, and worth every penny. We visited during the World Cup quarterfinals, and the resort really went above and beyond for the Mexico game. The atmosphere was so much fun and made the experience even more memorable! The only thing we wished for was more nighttime entertainment. The shows they offered were excellent, especially the cabaret show, but we would have loved to see more options throughout the week. We had access to the Xhale Club, and I definitely recommend upgrading if you can. The drinks were great, and we really enjoyed the added perks. We also ordered room service several times, and every experience was fast and excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would definitely recommend Breathless Cancun.

I have stayed in different hotels all over the world, this is by far the worse place, pictures in the website were misleading, everything was old and malfunctioning, staff was not helpful, from not having ice to not having towels (for pool and rooms), there are no phones in the rooms so there is no way to contact front desk, meals are served in specific times so if you were doing something and arrived at a different meal time then you won’t eat, no room service at all, the pool was falling apart and looks dirty, there is no beach were you can walk, need to go to next door hotel to be able to walk in the beach. When the restaurant was open the menu was very limited, nothing fresh, orange juice will be from a package, beer tasted bad, everything was overpriced. Customer service was awful. Hopefully this prevents someone from making the same mistake we did, don’t spend your time/money in this place.
