We were looking for an all inclusive that did not feel like it was “mass produced”. The attention to detail and food and cleanliness was excellent. The staff are amazing (shout out to Gustavo (concierge), Carlos and Emilio (indoor wait staff) and Kevin (outdoor waitstaff). If you are looking for big, loud with lots of night life - this is not for you …. But we were looking for a peaceful week away and had plenty of options if we were interested in getting out of our pool chairs. Highly recommend.

This resort is small & quiet for couples looking for an intimate experience. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The food & drinks were wonderful! The room was spacious, clean & the views & sound of the ocean all day!

Overall, the property exceeded our expectations. Our room was impeccable and we enjoyed the private rooftop with plunge pool. Our pool didn’t work two days during our stay because the water evaporated; we did call to have it fixed, but it didn’t get done before we checked out. It didn’t bother us too badly, but it would’ve been nice had the staff made more of an effort to clean the pool and fill it with water. Nonetheless, the restaurants were very good for the most part. The breakfast buffet, Italian restaurant, and French restaurant were our favorites. We didn’t try them all (10 total restaurants on property), but we found The Grill and Spice (Asian) to be mediocre at best. The activities and pools were outstanding. The staff… out of this world! It was a very peaceful vacation and we look forward to a future stay. I highly recommend using the hotel’s driving service to/from the airport. It’s totally worth it.

We love the service and staff at this hotel, this is our 2nd time there and both visits were for family weddings. Antonio was great making sure we had drinks at the beach and pool area. The bar tenders at the pool bar work hard but there was always a long line, therefore Antonio took great care of us. The food and drinks have gotten bad, they don't have good selection of liquior and unfortunately we did witnessed a bar tender watering down some of the liquor bottles, which was very disappointing. We only liked one of the dinners which was when they had Mexican theme food, the rest of the nights was the same type of food, same goes with breakfast, everything has gotten very generic. Also they terraza dinning room has no ac, therefore is hot. Our room ac wasn't working properly, and even though they checked it, it never went down passed 24c. The staff was always nice and friendly, but will not be returning there, they do try hard to keep the beach clean from sargassum, it's just not worth the amount of money we spent
