Amazing experience, wonderful helpful and friendly staff make you constantly feel welcome.

Great staff, great rooms - just all round amazing.

The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. A delightful stay at this hotel.

Our first visit to Mexico and we thought we would try a trusted hotel chain. We were not disappointed. For those wanting great weather, pampering, a dose of nature and a good beach, the Banyan tree is the answer. The walk to the beach from the main hotel could be a little daunting for some, but we did it a coupe of times a day and really enjoyed the wonderful wildlife in the lagoons. Staff were brilliant if a little over attentive sometime due to low occupancy. Downsides - beach had a little...

Incredible couples only resort with great staff, activities and amenities. The swim up suite was great.

Huge property and the cheaper Zen section is actually the nicest, at least in term of the public areas. Highly recommended.

Superb hotel and wonderful location.

Excellent

The adult-only infinity pool was a real highlight, especially at sunset. Lovely chilled atmosphere throughout, we felt safe,...

Beautiful luxury resort in Playa Del Carmen. The property is extremely well-maintained with modern amenities, and the staff were very polite and helpful. This was our first-time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food and drinks available at each of the restaurants. A favourite was the Aromas cafe, which had amazing iced coffees and ice-cream! We opted for a suite with a hot tub, which was excellent. As it was our honeymoon, the...
