The dress codes during the day were really annoying. Need to loosen up some especially with a bar next to a pool and not being able to go I without shoes, shirts and pants. The way to make reservations for dinner were too complicated for reason.

Very friendly staff! Buffet food was not great, but the reservation restaurants for dinner were awesome. Air conditioner did not keep up so we just walked around naked and was fine šŸ˜‰ If you are travelling as a couple, Beso adult only section was worth the extra money. Adult only pool and gives you another restaurant option. Beach was unusable due to seaweed, not resorts fault.

The report was nice, but lacked entertainment. No night club, no events during the day at the pool. Dinning was also difficult some of the restaurants were closed on Saturday and Sundays and they booked up very quickly. The rooms were kind of hot as well, and lobby was open so it was constantly hot there. Overall Iā€™d rate it a 7/10.

Over all the resort is 10/10. But I gave it 9/10 because the reservation for dinner only allows guests to book once. 2 booking for dinner would be better. Also, the seaweed makes it 9/10 otherwise our stay at the resort is amazingly good.

Cleanliness and staff was great. However, hot water in the room is non-exsistant. Had hot water the first day of stay and no more. If you like cold showers, this is the place for you. Everything else was excellent.
