Absolutely great that kids and pets stay free! The hotel has no frills. No mini fridge, no microwave, no iron. But it's clean and quiet. And did I say pets stay free?

I enjoyed my stay at the Luxor, it's a good location transit wise with the free tram going to New York New York or the bus stopping right across. Good thing was that you could use the Mandalay Bay Pools.

Don’t stay here. Top dollar no service. 5 day stay, 10 requests to get towels changed, beds made, toilet paper and tissues. Then actually serviced once. Emailed manager 3 times but still no reply. Just don’t stay there. Way under staffed to service rooms but plenty to take your money. We will never ...

First day of arrival we did not have hot water and had to call for assistance they said we had to run the water at less 15-20mins before to get hot water. staff was cool, but I found a cockroach on my bed…. Changed rooms and upgraded, although we had to move in the morning to a different room was very inconvenient.
