Stayed here for a concert at the Sphere, just a short cab ride away. Room was very nice and clean in the sky rise tower. Only complaint is that there are zero amenities; just shampoo. Beds were super comfy and pool area was nice. I went with my best friend but it’s definitely family friendly, there were tons of kids. Fun place!

I like how clean the facility was. However, I did not like that. We had to register with the kiosk, and nobody was there to talk to or even introduce me to the location. And the amenities that were allowed to be on the property kind of ways people will be back at the desk.

The elevators are horrible! There are so many elevators, but there is this screen pad where you click the floor you need to go to and in the hallway of elevators you need to find the misleading number elevators that is the only one that can take you to the floor you selected. 1 time we clicked it and it was the further elevator down the hallway and it opened right away and closed before we could make it to the elevator. So you have to walk back to the dumb screen and select the floor and run over if it opens right away and is far. Such a terrible design! Parking is plentiful and best part is it's free! It's a budget hotel catered for kids, so don't expect anything fancy. Bathroom sink and counter is very low, which I get is probably due to children height, but just expect that if you're tall. The rooms were decent, seemed clean enough, no mini fridge or Microwave though. The shower was super small too and tight, also had to call front desk to send maintenance to clear the drain as it wasn't draining while showering, which was gross, but it was a quick fix and they came to fix it within an hour of calling! I would say there needs to be more warnings for Parking Structure 1 and 2 as I scratched my rear window when trying to back in park for easier access to leave in case it's too packed. There was a painted sign, but it's not exactly clear and it wasn't visible while driving at all only once you get out of the car, which is not helpful and now I have a scratched window.
