The room was clean but they need to buy new furnitures, everything was old, the staff just don’t want to be bothered and tell you to do everything yourself, the parking is a little bit far but yes, the place is family friendly. They didn't return my deposit., I lost it. I'm not going back there.

The kids amenities is superb! My 2 sons enjoyed and super satisfied. I hope nextime, the free toothpaste, tootbrush, shampoo and conditioner and lotion and slippers and free bottled water is accessible. The water is very expensive. Please ! Make the water free again.

We landed into town late with our plane being delayed, upon arrival, it wasn't very obvious through google maps how to get to the hotel front desk. Then when we finally figured out where to check in, there were some sketchy people sitting outside and I didn't even feel comfortable walking in to get our room by myself. The casino on the front of the hotel smelled like cigarettes also, which shouldn't be allowed in a hotel that claims to be "made for the kids." The staff was very friendly however, and we didn't have any problems with our stay after we got to our room and figured out where everything was. The front desk didn't mention that there was a restaurant open 24/7 when we got there though, which would have been nice to know for someone arriving at 3am with kids. (Was supposed to be an 1130pm landing.)

The hotel is perfect if you’re traveling with kids. They have plenty of games and shows for children. The rooms are comfortable, although the pillows could be better. The room doesn’t have a refrigerator, which is something that’s really needed. The area has plenty of food options, making it easy if you want to grab something quick to eat. Parking is free. If you want to walk around the casinos, it’s better to take an Uber

It's a budget hotel to begin with. We booked for Sky Tower but for some reason we ended up at the Main Casino Tower. I didn't budged because the Main Casino Tower was very convenient and accessible. The hallways look a little run down but the room is far better than I expected comparing with Strat Hotel where we stayed a few years ago. The room was old but well kept. There was no smoke smell in the non-smoking room. Thank goodness! We had a good view of the Sphere from our room. We didn't really interact with any of the staff as the check-in and check-out are self served. Parking is free. Not that bad at all.

Room was dark and had an unpleasant odor. The tub/shower did not drain. Called maintenance to fix and then he called housekeeping to clean the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. The entire casino/hotel is old and has not been renovated in quite sometime. The people/staff were friendly. Did not eat or gamble at this casino.
