We love it!!! It was my sisters first time in Vagas and it was so convenient cause we were right on the strip. We had great views from our room facing the strip. It was awesome thanks flamingo
Room needed to be cleaned and repaired-scratches and several dings and dirty marks on walls and furniture. Picked up some wrappers off the floor. Needs a deep clean and update.
A/c was on blast even when turned up to 80 degrees. Turned it off but it got hot really quick.
Casino bathrooms dirty and smelly.
Housekeeper was very nice but I scheduled a late check out and she came banging asking when we were leaving. Is this info not communicated to the staff??
I didn’t go to the pool but the music was bumping and sounded fun.
Good assortment of games in the casino and range of prices so that was great.

Stayed many times and love the location and hotel.
3 towels and pillows for 4 people was not appreciated. 30 minutes to get pillows and only allowed to get two delivered was ridculous. The mattress pad and bedding were the worst out of 7 different hotels we stayed in in this week even from less expensive stays at Best Western, Fairfield inn etc.
We were disappointed by the view from our room but the room itself was awesome!! Super comfy bed and lots of towels. The cell service from the room lacked though even when connected to the internet. The location of the hotel on the strip was perfect and the casino/restaurants available in the hotel offered a good selection. The adult pool was lacking, super crowded and cocktails were around $40 so be prepared to spend there and arrive at opening if you want any nice seating. Definitely a 3/5 but still a great stay !!
We truly enjoyed the hotel stay. Our room had a great view and was clean although we did have a broken soap dispenser pump that was attached to the wall that leaked and spread on the floor as you enter the bathroom. We called front desk, they said it’s a slip hazard and would sent someone right up. Well, that never happened so we laid a towel on the floor for absorption. Thins walls as we heard our very loud neighbors through the shared door all night. Also, the pool was loud and if you are looking for quiet relaxing time, it’s not going to be here. Plus you must rent a chair if you want to lay out or sit. We did not experience this with the hotel across the street we stayed at last time.
We loved the history of the hotel and casino. Our room and the property were clean.
The only minor issues we had were the shower had great water pressure but it flooded the bathroom every time we used it. Because of this we stopped by the front desk to ask for extra towels to keep the floor dry. We had to call down a second time because the towels weren’t delivered.
Also, they gave us the option to have our room cleaned daily. For the amount of money they charge for resort fees , I felt that shouldn’t be an option, they should clean the room daily without having to ask.
Overall, we loved our visit and would recommend The Flamingo.
The room was perfect, the pool and pool staff were great. The bartenders in the casino could be a little friendlier but whatever it’s Vegas. My only
Complaint really is that I requested house keeping but didn’t get it. Good value for the price and location for sure.
The room has a clean modern feel and is relatively well insulated from noise. I appreciate the quiet sleep. One thing I would like is for the bathroom accessories to include a simple soap dish and complimentary hand lotion for the dry climate.
First time to Vegas, this hotel was great location. In the middle of everything on the strip. Very easy to get an uber/ taxi/ ride share. Had to get to the pool early if you wanted a chair that you didn’t have to rent. Lots of food options in and around the property
Hotel is in a great location, stayed many times and never had an issue. Only complaint from this time was we had no housekeeping service in our four days there. Tried to call guest services and the phone wasn't working.
My husband and I have been going to the Flamingo for the last 10+ years and this is the first time we didn’t enjoy it as much. We definitely prefer the OLD Go Pool because the new update makes it feel very crowded and visually unappealing compared to the old. There was a hostess at the Havana restaurant that was super snotty and unprofessional, so much so that my husband and I decided to walk out immediately after she finally got us seated. We were more than happy to take our business elsewhere because we work to hard to waste our money on bad service. Lots of construction was taking place at the resort. Gambling was very blah which we thought was very unusual based on all the prior times we have visited. The prices everywhere were outrageous, but to pay $80 for a couple slices of food court pizza, 1 beer and a Gatorade was mind blowing!, especially when we were able to eat at the ritzy Wynn Buffett and have amazing food options for just $50 more!! The check-in and check-out kiosk setup in the main lobby is a hot mess of crowded chaos that is just begging for a guest to be injured. Also, the daily resort fee has pretty much doubled since the last time we stayed at the Flamino, so when er received an additional $300+ charge upon checking out we felt it was a cherry on top of a quickly “melting” sundae!
First time staying at the Flamigo did not disappoint! Had a great time, easy to get from your room down to the casino, restaurants, shows, etc. So convenient! The room had a great view and was quiet.
The renovated room was great! There was not enough staff working to ask questions. We didn’t know the pool was public so it was crazy crowded on the weekend. There was not enough chairs for people to be comfortable at the pool.
Decent stay for the price. Parts, especially the room, seemed outdated. Room had some minor cleanliness issues. Decent restaurants available, Havana was great. No real nice semi-elevated bar area. Nice “family pool” and large adult pool. The adult pool party gets crowded (spring break-like atmosphere) if you’re into it. Expensive to rent daybeds, couches, etc. and drinks were expensive. Location to other big name hotels was great and there’s a bar restaurant area between hotel and Linq next door called the Promenade that had lots of bars and restaurants and went straight down the Ferris Wheel. Overall had a great stay for the price.
