Overall friendly and keen to assist but a special mention for Ian and Jo who dealt with a couple of incidences with speed and efficiency and were keen to check that, as older visitors, everything was to our liking. Excellent breakfast choice and service - dinner not so efficient. Quibbles; Heating system did not allow for bedroom temperature to be set beneath 18'. Marketing info stand full of odd brochures and not one city map. "
