Resort Staff were absolutely wonderfully and helpful and ready to help with a smile, foods was delicious and the pools are beautiful and big. The room was large with comfortable bed. One downside is no beach to walk around.

This hotel all inclusive is awesome!! Will definitely return. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The property Ventus Ha is awesome highly recommended. Apparently we were there in low season but it was fantastic.

This property was real quiet. Nice pools. Good food. Feel free to explore other El Cid properties when you are there. Room Service 24/7 with real delicious food. Everything was good except the beach was full of seaweed and they are doing a lot to keep the beach clean.

Great resort with very good restaurants. Pools are very nice. Friendly staff and quick service. Beach is not very good and in our nine days there I did not see anyone go into the ocean. Staff try very hard to deal with the sea weed, but it is a losing battle. Would stay again.

Ventus Ha has to be one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. It is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The staff were great! I loved that we could go between the three el cid resorts. It’s so nice that they offer a couple adult only pools too. The rooftop pool was so cool and relaxing.

We stayed at Ventus Ha from June 21-28 and it was incredible. The three resorts are easily walkable, even though there are many golf carts for you to catch a ride. It's about 90 seconds from Ventus Ha lobby to Ventus lobby, it feels like all three are one hotel so don't worry about that.
