The Royalton is a top notch all inclusive resort. Buffet is wonderful and then 6 restaurants to chose from that open for dinner. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Lots of entertainment during the afternoon and evenings. The diamond club upgrade is a waste of money in my opinion.

We enjoyed staying at the Hideaway. Everything was very clean. The staff were constantly working and cleaning and were very friendly. My wife was treated like a queen by all waiting staff. Food and drink was good. We will return. There was construction going on during our stay but it did not affect our stay at all.

Don't listen to the people complaining. I had a wonderful time. The buffest is really all you need the food there is amazing. I also ate at the Hunter's steakhouse which was amazing as well. The room are big and beautiful and there are many areas to just sit bk and relax all over the property. You feel safe on the resort and there is always entertain or something to eat everywhere you turn. My only complaint is I wish they had night entertain on the adult side of the resort and that the adult swim up bar closed later, other than that I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at The Hideaway. Great adults only section, quiet, but still had activities. Really nice room and patio in good condition. Really the only downside was the service; it seemed like the hotel was understaffed. Bar service was always slow (through friendly) and rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon (even though we put the service signs on the top). Overall it was still an enjoyable holiday, but the service could really use improvement.

The overall hotel use nice. The bartenders were amazing. Some of the staff was great. Most of the staff was rude especially room service. They did not want to bring our food on time and it was cold and nasty: they did not want to provide us with what we asked for. The adult entertainment was good. Overall I will not he back.
