"This was my niece’s destination wedding, which I attended with my family. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable from the check-in process, to our room attendant, to the bartenders and waiters in the restaurants and buffet area. Most of all, Maria in the Preferred Lounge truly stood out. She was incredibly pleasant and helpful in many situations throughout the week, and even assisted me personally in a situation without any hesitation. Every morning, she greeted guests with a warm smile, a wonderful way to start the day. "

"My boyfriend and I stayed at this resort for 4 days and have no complaints! Kind and accommodating staff re always one of my priorities and this resort knocked it out of the park. Upon arrival we were immediately helped and checked in. We changed and went straight to the pool. Some outstanding service shoutout go to Ricardo a server and Gustavo a bartender, they made our experience memorable and we really appreciated how fast and good quality the drinks were. This resort did have nightly entertainment with some nights better than others. But my boyfriend and I prefer a chilled out/ family friendly vibe anyway so we were fine with it. The aquatic show was amazing!! The food was decent. Buffet was solid as well as Villa Marina and La Girasole. Since our time was limited we didn’t try all the restart other guests liked Hibachi as well. Overall, i recommend this resort for people of all ages and not to mention the resort is very budget friendly. "

"The property is beautiful, it’s all inclusive but everything is a la carte (no buffet) which was a great thing. The suite I stayed was great and very spacious and with an ocean view. When I arrived the was a bottled wine, mini bar fully stocked and every night they brought in a little treat with a side note about the history behind it. Their staff was very friendly and always willing to assist with a genuine smile on their face. These is a place more to unwind and relax (no a party atmosphere) "
