"The resort was good. Very clean . Mostly friendly staff. Except one experience with golf cart driver who was very rude. Struggled with food options though. If I have not attended whole membership selling presentation for grand palace, I do not think so we would had many good food options. Sunrise it self does not have good food options. For some reason out of our 5 day stay- Gandola that had the good food was closed 2 days ☹️☹️☹️ And the other buffet was over crowded even in the off...

"This is a cute little property. Nice pool, fast check in. Beds very hard, no blanket, no washclothes. I could ask for them, but would have to walk to the front desk as there is no phone in room. Great hot water and shower pressure. Need a car to stay here, but definitely would for the price if I was staying a few days"

"This place I booked for Ten days in Cancun. When I got to the property, the owner told me that the place is fully booked, and I should ring Expedia for my money back. I finally get hold of Expedia. They contact the owner and this guy told them that I didn’t show and wouldn’t refund my money. So I’m back in the US and Expedia has try again and he still refuses to refund my money. So don’t book this place or do not pay upfront. 😡👎"
