"It was a nice family friendly (with small kids) place"

"Property nice, rooms nice, entertainment needed work, some nights the entertainment was boring. Towels in room should be repleced, they looked like they had been washed a thousand times. Maids who made up the room work was inconsistent. Sometimes they did a good job and sometimes they didn't. Sometimes they didn't leave enough towels."

"Loved our stay! Our room was beautiful. The size of a small apartment. Beautiful views. 2 pools, a three section hot tub. 3 restaurants, all with excellent food. Within walking distance to La Isla mall, with tons of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely go back in the future!!"

"Great Resort Overall! Spend the extra for the Ocean View Room!! Limited food selection and needed reservations for the better food (not enough room for all guests with reservations, some were left out of this opportunity). Unlimited drinks! Shows/Entertainment was ok at best! Great views! Reasonable massages ON THE BEACH! (We went twice) Resort is impossible to reach via phone or email prior to arrival. Do NOT rent a car! Order a shuttle online prior to your destination. Any shuttle service...

"Generally had a decent time here. 2 large pools--1 for all guests and 1 for adults only--and a water play area for kids. Children were excited to access either pool or play area. Buffet food was mediocre but fair. Breakfast egg station and dinner taco station at the buffet was the best. Make sure to make reservations for the other 3 restaurants. I enjoyed the Mexican restaurant, Frida, most. My only suggestion would be to make the shows/performances approximately an hour earlier as my kids were...

"Quiet location with awesome beach!!Staff was helpful and pleasant..we walked to nice food store 10min away and got all we needed plus pastries. Several restaurants within 15minwalk to the left and right of hotel..just ask front desk what you're looking for..or just stay at hotel restaurants.
