"The accommodations were excellent and the staff at the front desk, especially Daniel and the bellman, especially Tomas made our stay amazing. Timothy in the Thames room for tea was fantastic. However, the housekeeping got a little creepy as all of our stuff got touched, moved every time they came in. The servers in the River were rude, obnoxious and over the top in waiting on us.
