We enjoyed our 1 night stay as the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located for us but is a bit out of the way for a trip to Liverpool city center. It has a nice restaurant and is located in a nice tucked in area that feels very safe.
As a hotel, it is not such a great one - rooms are small, breakfast (need to pay) is lousy and you get minimum. But, the Beatles spirit is all around, and if it's what you came for in Liverpool it worth the feeling
The staff went above and beyond to assist us, so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well decorated and had everything we needed in its kitchenette. Plenty of room for 3 of us in a triple room. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
I stayed in this apartment with my family during the 2016 University of Liverpool summer graduation and it was a wonderful experience there The hotel manager is superb, the location is good for shopping of any basic needs as there is a shop beside the hotel. Even the African shop is a walking distance. ...
Great location, a little noisy at nite with bars nearby but not extreme. Beds are firm which I'm not used to. Not to many street lights which makes it dark looking when walking about. Apartment very clean n tidy. Glad it's over 25s only.
Lovely stay with grandchildren the owners were helpful and friendly. Close to all amenities
Would definitely return to this hotel staff brilliant and so was the breakfast
Friendly and attentive staff even though it was very busy when we arrived. Room was clean and welcoming and we love the art deco feel. Breakfast was fresh and hot, and plenty of it! Will definitely go back.
Arrived at the hotel, greeted by owners, lovely and polite, very informative. Room lovely and clean , and comfortable , Breakfast was lovely. Great stay well difinatly be staying again.
