"The property was in pleasant grounds, in an attractive village. There are a number of b and b rooms in the barn which is now an annex to the main house. The room had a high ceiling so was airy and spacious. The ensuite shower room was too. The bed could be a double or two singles so was large size and we found to be comfortable. "I’ve stayed here many times before. In my opinion this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my visits to Liverpool. It’s in a great location, not too far away from the city centre. Liverpool One is approximately a twenty minute walk away. It’s a nice walk along the dockside. The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are friendly and really helpful. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds and the facilities are spot on. We sat and had a drink in the bar area and within a few moments we had a member of the staff asking if he could get us any food or drinks and that he would bring them over. We had a couple of drinks before we made our way into the city centre. The staff were very polite and gave us enough time to finish our drinks before they approached us asking if we would like anything else. There are no negatives about this place. Nothing is too much for the staff and we are already planning our next stay at the Titanic Hotel."

"Daniel on the front desk was amazing, there was also a young lady who helped us with our air conditioning as we were having problems, she then went out of her way to bring us a fan and a bucket of ice for our drinks. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much for them. Daniel had me in stitches, absolutely cracking personality."

"Didn’t like air conditioning not working,last year when I went the same! A very hot day, No fridge, no drinking water, no drinking glasses for the water we bought. Curtain missing in dressing room area sun streaming through made it very hot, rooms not made up you had to ask via displaying a door tag, lack of attention to detail however staff good."

"Hotel was stylishly decorated and there was a nice vibe created by the layout of the social areas and also by the staff. Room was really comfortable, clean and well thought out, again stylish decor and a spacious bathroom. Nice view across the rooftops to the Liver Building. Staff really engaging and helpful - it’s the staff that make it. Would definitely go back."
