Amazing hotel.Amazing staff
This is a new hotel and it was AMAZING Would not hesitate to stay again. We walked from Liverpool lime street and got a bit lost,so phoned the hotel for directions and when we arrived they met us like long lost friends We cannot pick out 1 member of staff as they were all so lovely from the check in staff to the bar and the breakfast. We had booked a room for 3 with 2 double beds and balcony but they were not finished yet,but we were givern 2 adjoining rooms but only charged for 1 so we were happy with that. If you want a great hotel in Liverpool this is the one to go to.

Perfect spot in Liverpool
My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate her birthday. We had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We appreciated the a delicious welcome drink of a hot chocolate from the fountain. The rooms were very modern and well-appointed, providing all the comforts we needed during our stay. The gym has brand new equipment, including a Peloton bike. Plus, the terrace off the gym offered a stunning view of the cathedral, and all of Liverpool - amazing. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, modern amenities, and scenic views.
