The care and attention of the staff is excellent. The food in the Lawns is great if a bit expensive but the experience is good overall

Brilliant location. Had an awesome experience staying here.
Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was very clean and tidy with lovely breakfast, and was very central to where we wanted to go.
Was the best hotel we ever stayed in, the Kop suite was amazing
We stayed here so we could go and see George Ezra at the echo arena and I couldn’t have made a better choice. I can’t fault the hotel and staff from the very moment we checked in until we checked out. Reasonable priced with Breakfast and the breakfast was excellent, the room itself was spacious, ...
Food, accommodation and public areas were all nice.
It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly and looked and acted professional. Location is superb.
