"Despite politely requesting a room with a view before I arrived I was given the first floor overlooking the road :-( used the bar for a drink and it has a good atmosphere and music, my main complaint of the room was lack of good lighting and no mirrors that had a plug point nearby so it was difficult to get ready for the party I was attending. Didn’t make it to breakfast so can’t comment on that"

"We had a great experience here. Very clean and spacious. Staff were great. Fantastic location for us,close to all the entertainment areas etc.Breatfast was great with plenty of choice, and the bar was great for a last couple of drinks before bed !!"

"Parking is not on site - it’s a good 5. Minute walk away at the NCP parking. I opted for a closer one and paid the little more. The American sounding receptionist is useless and isn’t interested in helping or has any knowledge of the city. Room is adequate. No tea coffee or kettle in room"

"Every thing was perfect "

"Comfortable beds, ideal location, big rooms and excellent staff. Stayed on a Thursday night to attend and event as a family of 3 adults. Check-in was great, room was ready early, we had intended to just drop out cases in and go explore so this was a bonus. The bathroom was adequate, but housekeeping need to focus on there a bit more, behind the door needs to be cleaned as well. There was an issue with noise in the night, we called through to reception and the issue was dealt with quickly and apologies offered by the member of staff we spoke to. In the hole it’s warm, safe and comfortable, meet our needs. And t has a party vibe, so would imagine weekends are lively"
