"Got married at this hotel 10 years ago so wanted to reminisce with the wife. Few subtle changes but very much remained the same charisma that made us want it as our wedding venue. Grand entrance, very clean and well presented. Reception was very tidy and manned by 2 very helpful women who gave us the good news of room upgrade and bad news they were having heating issues and think that the room is affected. Discussion with staff provided friendly reception and felt like they were genuinely interested as was talking about the hotel 10 years ago and the changes. Up to the room and very grand room with balcony with nice tidy room and large format tv, comfy seat and nice balcony with views of the city. "
