"A convenient place that is near to amenities. The fault lies with the safety aspect inside the room. (1). Exposed wiring from the bed side lamp ( using a 3 X core wire for a 2 X core wire connector). (2). Emergency torch light that doesn't work at all."

"We got the grand room and the room given was the last room available when we check in - corner & low floor. Upon entering, the room was so warm, it was already 9pm.
