Could have better room fragrance than balm like smell. Quick response to change a big smelly quilt cover following the first day of stay. Nice, polite, friendly and helpful staff. A variety of breakfast options but the food quality is very average. Nice and familiar spa staff who completed excellent massage service for my mum.

Big hotel with lotsa space. Used to be really upmarket a decade ago. Unfortunately the area which used to be bustling so much is now a serious ghost town. Just an odd designer shop and one retail store in the darkness. So weird. Breakfast was not bad. Location is good.

We had two rooms and one of the room doors was very difficult to open/close. I won’t know whether this was a simple matter of adjusting a few screws or the door and frame no longer fit together. The same was true for the connecting doors that were difficult to close. The internet was very slow and had intermittent connectivity issues. On the first morning, the cleaning crew took all the towels (used and unused) but did not leave replacements. The in-room safe was locked and I wanted to get it opened for me to use. However, the authorized manager’s and my schedule did not match to arrange a time where both of us were available. Including this as a departure check will help to avoid inconvenience for the guest.. The shower had a good water pressure and it was easy to adjust the temperature. There seems to be a leak as the floor was wet afterwards at some places.

I love staying at the Hatten Hotel. Been there many times. It is located conveniently in the heart of Bandar Hilir. What I love is that the coach bay is just next to it. Love the breakfast spread too. Thank you for the birthday surprise. Received a small piece of cake delivered to my room. Just take note the phone is not in working order in room 1354 ya. When I call out, the operator unable to hear me.
