Great location for our needs. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh food and cooked food. All the staff were welcoming, polite and efficient at their jobs. We were treated very well.

Location, location, location! Three minute walk to Liverpool Lime train station with varied shops and dining within a few hundred feet of the hotel. Staff was lovely, I had an issue with the temperature of my room and they immediately facilitated a switch to a room with working air-conditioning.
