The reception staff were welcoming and informed us that our room was ready, even though it was only 9:30 am. This allowed us to settle into our room ahead of schedule. Everything exceeded our expectations - the room was immaculate, with the added bonus of complimentary hot chocolate, biscuits, and a jug of water. The toiletries provided were of superior quality. The hotel's location is excellent, with a convenient store nearby that stays open until 11 pm. For travelers from the US seeking a spacious hotel room with air conditioning and an elevator, this is the perfect choice. The entire staff we interacted with were fantastic. During check-out, they kindly offered to store our luggage until our evening train back to Paris. This allowed us to explore London further before departing in the evening."
