The hotel is very good, nice clean and tidy, with a good selection of food for breakfast, i stayed with someone that had limited mobility, and the only downfall in that respect, is the nearest tube station (Farringdon) was just a bit to far. about a 15 minute walk. There is parking on site for an extra fee, £20. and the parking is limited so make sure you book the parking early. to get a space.
We were pleasantly surprised that this was the hotel that came with our Expedia package! The room was larger than expected, bath towels were huge, and the included breakfast buffet had a vast selection of hot & cold breakfast options! This hotel will definitely be our go to next time we’re in London!

This was previously a Holiday Inn and the rooms still feel like a Holiday Inn rather than 4* Crown Plaza. A lot of work has been done to the entrance/reception which looks good but the rooms still need some work. When I arrived in my room the air-conditioning was stuck on cold and there was no toiletries at all in the bathroom. A quick call produced a small bar of soap and small bottle of showergel.
When we checked in there was no mention of the air conditioning issue. We thought maybe someone left the heat on . The next day after not sleeping much at all and sweating all night. i approacched the desk for help. i was speaking to the manager who was apparantly overwhelmed . He said it would be fixed but not that day. the next day i inquired about the air being fixed and there was no timetable . I was very mad and sat in the lobby as i was actually sick from sweating and half sleeping and being run down for travel. I overheard other guests complaining.about Fans , Apparantly they were offering Fans to Guests and some had multiple in there rooms (it was the wild west). I did not get nor was ever offered a fan. The manager in our next conversation said when i check out he will work something out . I said ok . I couldn't get breakfast or food there as i was thinking about the kitchen being so hot and miserable employees sweating in my eggs . It was a nightmare for us and everyone else who was staying . After 3 days of my 5 day trip they finally had the air fixed . I checked out the day before we left as our flight was super early. The manager was not there . After telling the front desk person what the manager said . She offered me a 60 dollar savings. I wasn't happy. But i was very sick from being rundown from travel and getting no sleep so i took it and moved on. I did not like that when i checked in no one mentioned the A.C was broken like I would not find out ???
