"It was a great property to stay at! The staff was amazing & very very friendly and helpful. However, to sit on the big beach beds you need to order minimum 4000$ MX which didn’t make sense to me as I’ve stayed at multiple properties in other countries and this never happened. Also, they should provide free laundry service. Rest, everything was amazing! Special thanks to Marcus & the intern on the reception (don’t remember this name). "

"We definitely got what we were looking for, a quick 3-night relaxing getaway. The staff were first class and on point. You can see that the hotel has been through a big improvement/upgrade, but you could also really tell this. If you wanted to find faults (cosmetic with furniture etc.), they were there, but we also know that if this was truly something that bothered us, the staff would have accommodated immediately. "Hotel is okay, to be a 5 star, I would have thought they will include a robe and slippers but they didnt so bring your own. To be a 5 star hotel I would have also thought drinks (alcohol) would have been better. Really at the "night club" the only option was J.b. whiskey and Passport whiskey? This bottles are literally 12 dollars each, so for what I paid for, this is extremely trash. The lady that checked us in never explained there was an "exclusive area" so here we are going to these places...
