This hotel is top notch. Everything from the rooms, staff, grounds and food were incredible. Fredy at the preferred pool and Benji our butler were also amazing. The grounds are like a rain forest with the most incredible foliage. Huge shout out to those who maintain this property. All restaurants had excellent food, but my favourite was the French. If you are considering booking this resort, just do it you will not be disappointed.

One of the best resorts I’ve been to in Mexico, but absolutely come back here. The staff was amazing, check-in was seamless, check out was seamless as well. Beautiful pools, beach was decently clean, food was amazing. Wouldn’t have it any other way, rooms were acceptable for not even having an upgrade. Very clean, modern, beautiful view. Drinks were well-made none of that watered down stuff. A lot of options for food. You won’t go hungry here.

Place is amazing! The service here is just great, everyone is very friendly and attentive. The place is well taken care of, workers always doing cleanup and maintenance. The restaurants are all amazing, food is fresh and well made. One of my favorite all inclusive hotels. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a romantic getaway. 10/10

First time staying at Secrets Blanca Costa Mujeres. It was exquisite. Loved every square inch of the resort. Staff was incredibly hospitable. There are 9 restaurants. Food was okay. That was probably the only less than impressive part. However dinner at Portofino was fantastic! The filet mignon was to die for! Highly recommend this resort.

The most AMAZING all inclusive! We did our honeymoon here, and we never wanted to leave! Sue was amazing with the pool volleyball activities. Hugo kept the drinks flowing all day! Pearla and Isla gave us the most amazing spa day. They made us feel so special every step of the way. I would love to relive this trip over and over again!

I absolutely loved my stay at Secrets. The entire resort was beautifully designed, calming, elegant, and truly high-end. I especially loved that the restaurants were not buffet-based and that reservations weren’t required, which made dining so much more enjoyable and stress free. At every restaurant the experience was amazing. The view from my Junior Ocean Suite was breathtaking. Waking up every morning and watching the sunrise from my room was definitely one of my favorite parts of the stay. The staff were always so welcoming, attentive, and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I would absolutely return.

Our room was spectacular. Tasteful decorations throughout, double head rain shower, very comfortable bed with ocean view, swim up pool, well stocked frig. Beyond that 100% of staff were nice, helpful, making sure all our needs met. Kudos to Chris and Duran for excellent butler work.Numerous restaurants to choose from. Favorite was Himitsu. Waiter Eyder was amazing. Then the beach! Softest white sand we've ever seen and felt. Plan on coming back!
