"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary cookies given at reception desk on arrival. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Fridge, iron and ironing board were available in rooms. Within in a few minutes walking distance of Roman baths and shopping centre. Supermarket next door. Parking available for a charge. Restaurant within hotel with nice food. Good gym facilities.
